Why?
If you contact us, we collect this data as we need to know who we are talking to and why so we can help you. This also applies if you leave comments on social media on our follower pages. We do not combine this data with your profile data on our platform, but we can identify you by your social media identifier.
Profile data (basic data):
Name, email address, password, phone number, delivery addresses
Why?
They are necessary to use our services. Without an email address/phone number and password, you cannot register.
Device information and access data:
Device ID, operating system and corresponding version, access time, information about the internet connection (IP address)
Why?
On each access this information is stored by us for technical reasons. Furthermore, we use part of this information for early detection of suspicious behaviour and to prevent damage.
Order information:
Order history, selected restaurants, invoices, order ID, comments on orders, information on how to pay and delivery address.

Each time orders are placed, this information will be added to your profile. You can view all this information in your profile at any time. We will also use the same information to improve our services. We will also anonymize this information when you request deletion or when your profile becomes inactive so that we can continue to use it in an anonymous form and improve our services.

If you would like to receive informational communications or notifications within our app, we need some information. We find it friendlier to contact you by name. This category of personal information is also used to contact you in case, for example, a product cannot be delivered to you and we want to offer you an alternative.

We collect and process a range of data, including:
Contact details: We collect your first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number.
How do we protect your data?
For us, the security of your data is very important. We have internal policies and controls in place to safeguard your data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. We never provide data to unauthorised third parties. However, in the course of our business, we obtain services from service providers by giving them limited and strictly controlled access to some of our data. How long do we keep your data for?
Your personal data is stored in our Application Management System and in the backups we keep on our systems (e.g. email).
We retain and process your personal data for the reasonable period of time necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing. Where you have provided your consent for us to process personal data relating to you for the purpose of assessing your suitability for any other current or future employment opportunities we will store your personal data for up to 6 months. If during this period you wish to withdraw your consent, we will delete your data without delay, unless we are otherwise required to do so by law.

We reserve the right to change this data protection policy in accordance with legal provisions. We will inform you of any significant changes, such as changes of purposes or the use of new processing purposes.
